In the past women didn´t study and didn´t have employment. They only thought of the "toillets" and the moment to get married.
Today women struggle to have equal rights as men even thought they have a long way to go.
Society think that men are better than women. They also think that men have more habilities and more characteristics of leadership.
Consequently women have low payments and find it more difficult to get a job.
Today there are many people who still think that women are only useful to take care of the house, husband and children.
yes, women are discriminated because they have the worst jobs, they work longer hours.
they have to work at home and outside, take care of the children and the house and that is unfair. men should share the tasks.

Many people think that women are good at household chores and men at heavy works, but if a woman wants to have man's job, she will do everything to have success.
All we know is that women don't have same strength as men; women can't have the same tasks. Men and women can't be treated as equal, because they have differences, bur it isn't necessary to have discrimination!

women are discriminated, because women earn less money than men.
woman is more much responsabilites: take care of the house, children and work,men only have to work.
Formerly the woman could not go to school while the man was.
Up till now woman could only accept job where men didn't play a very important role.

For many years women were very discriminated against,(since very young)for exemple: girls couldn't go to school and then, when they grew up and become adults, they couldn't have a regular job so they stayed at home, took care of their children and the house.
We are in the 21st century but unfortunatly are some diferences between men and women, some women continue at home and don't have a normal job or when they work, they have a very stressful life and don't have time for their husband and their children, so they are accused of being bad mothers or wives even if they are great doctors or presidents, etc.
These diferences could be over if men helped more in the daily routines with the house and family!

Would men be able to cope all the stuff we do? Would they have the guts to be a woman, a lover,a mother,a successful hardworking woman,a housewife,a friend,a colleague, a citizen, a nice company, a great listener, a daily programmer so that everyone can survive in a house... and in the end, be lovely with a smile on our faces!
I guess nowdays, the ordinary sence between men and women roles, r becaming more 'n more flexible, i mean, people know now that men and women r the same thing, they have the same capacities of working, 4 instance, 'n the same capacity of taking some ressponsabilities; This thing - MEN VS WOMEN - it's a little bit "stupid", at least for me, 'cuz there r just men and women, so wot's d point of finding who's 'beta, men or women?! Isn't a lil' bit stupid 4 u people? It is 4 me! ...
